well, my judo career is over. Yesterday I was doing mat wrestling and all of a sudden, my right arm popped out of its shoulder joint and back in again! I should have stopped there, but I kept going and it popped out again a minute later, this time for good. The frustrating thing was that I wasn't even really making a great deal of contact with my opponents at the time. And my mom said, "I told you so!!"
So yea, i have to see an ortho-... ortho- dontist? -pedist? I dont remember, but he might recommend that I do physical therapy. Until then (and probably for the next 6 weeks) my right arm is in this stupid shoulder immobilizer. Bleh.
